The Strengths Discovery Process was designed to help people win and
achieve a greater degree of success in life and work. Achievers
throughout history have had one thing in common - they know themselves.
Achievers don't underestimate what they can do. They don't sell
themselves short. They know their own limitations and, by realizing
their weaknesses, are able to develop plans to overcome their shortcomings
and take full advantage of their strengths and talents.
The Strengths Discovery Process is a method of debriefing the Employee
Screening System reports that provides the employer with a clear
understanding of employee strengths, motivators and perceptions;
establishing a foundation for personal and professional development.
The Strengths Action Debriefing clarifies the unique strengths
and talents of each employee in three arenas:
- How they perform.
- Why they are motivated to perform.
- The impact of their performance in the workplace.
The purpose of the process is to provide a tool to focus on strengths
while managing the weaknesses.
The Strengths Triad Action Debriefing is a process in which
the facilitator, manager and employee (after completing strengths
action debriefing) meet together to understand each other, to develop
a synergistic working relationship, and to have the information
and understanding necessary to create win/win scenarios in the workplace.
